Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to the United States and Canada. Please note that some items are only available for shipping within the United States.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Most orders ship from our US warehouse and arrive in 3–7 business days. Some items may take 7–15 business days depending on availability. Canadian orders typically arrive in 7–15 business days. Please refer to the product page for the estimated shipping time specific to each item.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping to the United States and Canada. Shipping costs, if any, will be displayed at checkout.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order anytime using our Order Tracking page.

What is your return policy?

How do I request a refund?
Contact us at our Contact Us page with your order number, reason for return, and photos clearly showing the defect or damage. Our team will get back to you within 1–2 business days.
My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
We're so sorry to hear that! Please contact us immediately with a photo of the damaged item and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of placing them. After that, the order may already be in processing. Contact us as soon as possible via our Contact Us page.
I didn't receive a confirmation email. What should I do?
Please check your spam or junk folder. If it's not there, contact us and we'll resend it.

Are your products safe to use with food?
Yes! All our products are made from food-safe materials including BPA-free plastics, stainless steel, and food-grade silicone.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, our products come with a 30-day guarantee for defective or damaged items. If your item arrives defective, we'll make it right.
How do I clean the products?
Most of our products are easy to clean with warm soapy water. Some are dishwasher safe. Please refer to the individual product page for specific care instructions.
