Refund Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for defective or damaged items only.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be defective, damaged, or not as described. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at support.getkitchenease@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and photos clearly showing the defect or damage
  3. We will review your request within 2-3 business days

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. However, if the item is confirmed defective, we may issue a full refund without requiring the item to be returned.

Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of approval and returned to your original payment method.
